Dear Art Families,
For 28 years, the Art Studio on the Boulevard has had the privilege of working with dozens of accomplished artists and teachers, hundreds of dedicated counselors, and literally thousands of incredibly talented and creative children and adults in our community. Their art work continues to amaze us daily!

In recent years, our little studio has confronted many challenges including the pandemic, the passing of Naomi, changes in property ownership, decreased space in which to learn and create, an increase in new local art programs, and dramatically increasing supply costs.
​
Unfortunately, the combination of these challenges has significantly affected the program's viability, so after much thought, the decision has been made that now is the right time to close our doors. This will also mean cancellation of our Mad Hatter Arts Camp summer program. The last class of our Spring semester will be on Thursday, April 25.

FALL 2023 Art Classes for all ages!

Classes begin: Monday, Sept 11, 2023
Holiday Break: November 20-24
Last Class: Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023
The Fall 2023 semester will have 12 classes with 3-4 teachers and projects per week for afterschool classes.
​
Children's classes are for ages 3-18 and may include projects such as watercolors, acrylic painting, clay works, 3-D and recycled art, oil pastels, charcoals, soft and hard pastels, mixed media, printing, textures, and more.

Children's Classes
-Mondays Grades K4-K5-1st grade 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm $400
-Tuesdays Ages 4 up 10:00 am to 11:00 am $35/class
Tuesday Try-Its allow students to choose the art they want to try, one class at at time.
RSVP and pay at least 24 hours prior. See class description below.
-Tuesdays Grades 1-2 (Full) 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm $450
-Wednesdays Grades 3-4 (Full) 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm $450
-Thursdays Grades 5-12 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm $450
Saturdays Groups/Scouts 10:00 am to 11:30 am $35/per student
Groups must register and pay at least one week in advance. Class size: min. 6, max. 12
All paperwork must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Adult Classes
Basic supplies and tools are included for in-class use; students may want to purchase items for at-home use.

Introduction to drawing, color blending, oil painting techniques and styles

Introduction/review of tools, color theory, painting techniques
For beginner or intermediate students

Tuesday Try-Its Ages 4-18
Tuesday, 10:00 am to 11:30 am. $35 per class per student. Homeschoolers welcome.
Students can pay for entire 12 week semester for $400 (in advance, no refunds).
Completed paperwork and payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance.

Full payment due one week prior to scheduled event.
All paperwork due at least 24 hours prior to scheduled event.

$150 deposit due at time of registration to hold your place for full semester classes. Balance due by first class.
Checks made payable to Art Studio on the Boulevard.
Cash payments must be made in person by appointment.
Adult class fees are due at time of registration and must be paid in full by the first class.
